WHEN YOU ARE OWED MONEY. | CREDITORS' RIGHTS · COLLECTIONS · FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE
Don't let them mistake
your patience for permission.
OWED?
RECOVERED!
— THE PROPOSITION
When money is owed, how it is recovered matters as much as whether it is. As a generational firm, Florida’s banks, credit unions, and creditors have brought us their files for one reason: we get them paid without costing them the customer — or the name they have spent decades earning.
PRACTICE AREAS | WHAT WE DO WHEN PATIENCE EXPIRES
we don’t just chase debts.
we guard the name behind them.
Commercial Collections
In collecting a commercial claim, the creditor who gets there first usually collects more often than creditors who come after them. Position determines payment.
Fraudulent Conveyance
When assets have been transferred by a judgment debtor in fraud of creditors, we bring action against transferees and recover what was moved. Shells fracture. Trails surface.
Judgment Execution
A judgment is an instrument. We apply it — through bank levy, wage garnishment, replevin, levy, and proceedings supplementary — until the matter resolves.
Subrogation
Insurance carriers have a right, and an economic imperative, to recover what is rightfully theirs. We build the case and pursue it across all sixty-seven Florida counties.
REMEDIES | EIGHT INSTRUMENTS · ONE OUTCOME
the law isn’t theoretical.
it’s operational.
Eight remedies, applied in the right order, for the right scenario, at the right time — until the matter resolves.
THE FIRM | A GENERATIONAL FIRM · ONE SPECIALTY

Marcadis is a Florida law firm dedicated entirely to creditors’ rights and debt collection. As a generational family firm, we have represented creditors in every one of Florida’s sixty-seven counties, from Pensacola to the Keys.
Florida has a reputation as a debtor’s state. That reputation dissolves in front of disciplined, creative litigation. Experience tells us which approach will actually reach the outcome. When you have a collection matter in Florida, you bring it to Marcadis.

THE PROOF | WE DON'T CURATE OUR REVIEWS · WE EARN THEM · BOTH KINDS
would you trust
a creditors' rights firm with no upset debtors?
Nobody is glad to hear from a collections attorney. By the time a file reaches our desk, the account is in default, the options have narrowed, and someone has to be told so — clearly, respectfully, and often more than once.
We work hard to preserve our client's relationship with the person on the other end of that call. Every debtor we contact is still a customer, and we treat them like one. But our clients also expect results, and we deliver them. When those two commitments meet, a certain number of people will vent — not at the lender who extended the credit, but at the firm that asked for it back.
We understand that. Absorbing that frustration, and keeping it away from our client's name, is part of what they hire us to do. The reviews below are what that looks like: the ones we earned, and the ones we took so our clients didn't have to.
i. WHAT DEBTORS SAY
★★★★★
"This place is a total scam. They try to collect debts you don't even owe. This place needs to be shut down."
— STEVEN H. · GOOGLE REVIEW
ii. WHAT CREDITORS SAY
★★★★★
"What can I say accept, this firm is amazing. The communication is clear and quick. The associates within this firm are just so impeccable and they have given more then expected! Can't wait to continue working with this firm in the future!!!"
— TINAIDA L. · GOOGLE REVIEW
One-star reviews are part of the service.
A collections firm with a perfect rating either isn't collecting or is hiding something. We are doing neither. When a debtor needs someone to be angry at, we would rather it be us than the client whose money we recovered — and whose name we were hired to protect. We take the heat, so our clients don't have to.
