Entering a Judgment
Once the court clerk signs and files the judgment, this is when the entry of the judgment takes place. Some courts require that you request the clerk to set up and record the judgment in your favor. Other courts require that you prepare the judgment. To be sure what your next steps need to be, contact the court where the decision was made.
