Lao Tzu and the art of paying your debts….

By the time a collection matter reaches an attorney, as opposed to a debt collection agency, we usually find both the creditor’s and the debtor’s position fairly set in stone.

However, we would still like, for just a moment, to reach out to those that owe a debt that we are attempting to collect, and are tired of running from business to business trying to get credit, only to be denied, and to those people that are avoiding even opening mail, or answering the phone because it might be a creditor or a collections professional.

Lao Tzu (founder of Taoism) was right, things won’t change till you make a change.  Work with us to get at least one debt under control, then build on that momentum, because being in debt and avoiding phones and mail will only lead further down the path of indebtedness.   When we call, it is your chance to begin to turn the corner.
